Support

General information

Our support team supports all customers in the areas of Office 365, Microsoft 365 and Azure. You can reach our technical support by e-mail or via our support portal. The support portal is only available to our abtis Services customers.

During our support hours from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 our team is also available by phone. On holidays (federal & Baden-Württemberg) and outside our support hours, we are only available by phone for our 24/7 support customers.

Support services for our CSP customers

We provide our CSP customers with free e-mail support for the products purchased in the abtis CSP program. As part of this support, we also create a support ticket at Microsoft via our existing Microsoft Premier Support contract, if required. Also included in the support are all abtis Managed Cloud products regarding functionality and availability. OnPrem, hardware and operating system problems as well as changes (planned changes) are excluded from the free e-mail support. The free e-mail support is exclusively for IT administrators and IT managers and does not constitute end user support.
